This little sweetheart themed ONE banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. The back layer is made with red card stock and the top layer is done with our bright bubblegum pink. We used red for the letters and red and bubblegum pink for the double layered hearts at each end. It's strung separately from the high chair skirt with matching ribbons. The ONE banner in the photo measures just about 10 inches.

The 12 month photo banner is made with 4x6 inch bubblegum pink card stock. We permanently attach the red ruffled card stock hearts to the backside of each panel and permanently attach the red card stock numbers to the front. We strung it with white ribbon. You'll have plenty of ribbon to spread out the numbers to fit your photos. You will simply use everyday tape to affix your photos to the panels. You'll be able to put them in either landscape or portrait style too!
