These cards measure 4.25 x 6.75 and fold over the top of the bag.
They can be personalized with your childs name or left blank so they may write their own name.

This pdf file prints 2 to a sheet.
Once you make your purcahse you may add a note to seller stating what name you want to personalize the card with or left blank to be filled in.
