Perfect for a prince or Princess! This kit will get you started to a great party! I have whipped up this party hat with blue glitter background, added my handmade crepe paper fringe and a cupcake from chiffon.
Included:
*1 Party Hat
*20 blue paper straws
*20 blue cupcake, favor/ice cream cups- No cupcake pans needed just fill 2/3 full and place on any pan in your oven and you can do tons at one time! Has a wonderful leak proof lining as well. These are not cupcake liners but stand alone cups.

Not included but should you need guest hats, banner, cupcake picks just let me know. I make everything to match!
