Vintage Edison-style lightbulbs are designed to seem illuminated in front of a faux brick wall to shine their golden light on a unique industrial style save the date card. Choose between a two-sided postcard or a one-sided announcement. Great for a loft or warehouse venue. The reverse on the postcard repeats the faux brick wall and vintage lightbulbs to give detailed save the date information along with the addressee's information.

If you would like this save the date to suit a different event, we can accommodate any request. Customization of all wording is included. If you have design changes, contact seller for more info as it may incur extra fees. Please read this listing's description before completing your purchase.

SPECIFICATIONS:
POSTCARD: 6" x 4" (horizontal orientation), two-sided, 4-color.
FLAT CARD: 4.25"x5.5" (vertical orientation), one-sided, 4-color
If you prefer an alternate size, please let us know. Our designs are flat textures and illustrations with NO embossed or glued embellishments.

► HOW IT WORKS

1. From the “Printable or Printed” menu, select if you want a digital file or printed postcards along with the quantity if we are doing the printing for you. Then choose if you prefer a two-sided postcard or a one-sided announcement. Complete the purchase by adding it to your cart.

2. Provide all the following custom text information either through "Personalization" area on this page or the "Note to Seller" section at checkout:
- Date of event
- Save the date verbiage (for back)
- Name of couple
- Ceremony date and location
- Other relevant information (eg: registry or invitations to come...)
- If you want printed cards, please indicate the cardstock you would like (see "PRINTED CARDS" section below)

3. Proceed through the check out process. You will receive an email from Etsy confirming your order.

4. After we have received payment and your custom information, your order will be put into production. A low resolution, watermarked proof will be sent within 2 business days via Etsy conversation. This time frame may be subject to change.

5. Once are satisfied with your proof, we ask that you reply with your approval. Upon approval, we will email your print ready file if you purchased a digital order, or for printed orders your order will be sent to print.

Please specify what format option you will need for your final printable file order. If you’re not sure which format you want, it is best to check with your printer or contact us for recommendations.

OPTION A: Evite - Optimized for most standard smartphones, low resolution to use in emails, send as text messages or share on social media. Great for last minute invitations.

OPTION D: Multiple designs on one 8.5” X 11” (or A4) Printable PDF File: For printing on card stock paper at home or for Kinkos, Staples, etc. (postcard prints two per sheet with crop marks, announcement prints two per sheet)

OPTION E: PDF file(s) with crop marks and bleed for professional printing

► PRINTED POSTCARDS/CARDS

Select quantity of printed pieces you want from both dropdown menu. Then include your choice of cardstock in the "Notes to Seller" section upon purchase. We suggest getting a few extra cards if you are sending a large amount in case of problems. The suggested overage amount is 5%. We only provide printed cards for US addresses.

• Uncoated White Smooth - A 110# bright white paper with a smooth surface.
• Uncoated Cream Smooth - A 110# light cream paper with a smooth surface.

ENVELOPES FOR FLAT CARDS ONLY:
Uncoated white smooth cover invitations include blank 80# text white A7 envelopes
Uncoated cream smooth cover invitations include blank 70# text cream A7 envelopes
(All envelopes are blank and we do not print return addresses on envelopes)

► DIY PRINTABLE FILE

When you receive the proof, thoroughly review it. Verify that all information and spelling is correct. It is recommended that you double- or triple-check your proof. Star Stream Design is not responsible for errors not caught by the customer, regardless of fault. No refunds will be given in these cases. When everything is verified as correct, reply back to confirm which final file type you prefer for your customized digital printable (see PRINTABLE FILE FORMAT below). Once you have approved the final proof and indicated your preferred file type, we will send your finalized digital printable file(s) within two business days via the email associated with your Etsy account unless you indicate otherwise. This time frame is subject to change.

► DESIGN FEES FOR REVISIONS

One round of revisions is included for our save the dates free of charge if needed. Additional rounds of revisions will incur a fee of $5 per round.

► SHIPPING

Once you have approved the final proof as stated above, we will start printing your job. As each invitation is hand cut to guarantee perfection and attention to detail, no refunds will be given for any typos or information errors found AFTER we receive your approval and have begun the printing process. Please allow up anywhere from 7-10 business days for your invitations to be produced and shipped. We only offer shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Please contact us for shipping rates if you are in Alaska or Hawaii as these states may also require extra shipping time. Printed invitations are not available for shipment outside the US at this time unless shipping costs are agreed upon and paid in advance. Star Stream Design is not responsible for damage or delay due to delivery. Please resolve any damage or delay upon delivery with the shipping carrier. Every monitor and printer is calibrated differently and may result in slight variations from what appears on the screen. Paper color and stock may also affect the final printed color. If something is not an exact color match due to these factors, returns will not be accepted.
