This vintage Christmas candle holder is charming! It is in good working condition with a bulb the looks like a flame. It has a glass globe around the top. The bass looks like brass with stamped Christmas designs but is actually plastic. It also has a green plastic floral ring around the base. It does look like the floral ring might be missing some berries in one spot in the back. (see photo) It is not very noticeable. It measures 12" tall and 3.5" across the bottom of the base.
