This one in a melon themed 1st Birthday O N E banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. For the center 3 flags we did the back layer with lime card stock and the top layer is done with bubblegum pink. We used black card stock for the letters and hot pink, green and white for the sweet watermelons at each end. the end pieces are done with green bottom layers and lime top layers. We strung the banner with white grosgrain ribbon. So cute to use for photos and hang on the high chair. The banner measures just under 18 inches.

The high chair skirt is available in 2 different sizes to fit your needs!
We used shades of hot pink, light pink and lime green, and green in both tulle and ribbon cuts. The high chair skirt is either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and hangs about 12 inches long. It is made of different widths and textures of ribbons and tulles. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to white ver you need. You can use it on the actual high chair as we've shown in photos or as a backdrop for photos too!
