Our whale themed 1st birthday party decorations will be the perfect touch for your little one's big day!
You choose the items that you need.
The ONE word banner shown is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. We used white, light blue, navy and dark gray for this banner. This banner will arrive strung and ready to display. It measures about 17 inches as displayed in our photos.

The 12 month photo banner is made with 4 inch wide light blue, navy and dark gray card stock panels. We permanently attach the white numbers to each piece. We strung it with 9 feet of navy ribbon and you can use everyday tape to affix your photos to the panels. You'll be able to put them in either landscape or portrait style and you'll have plenty of ribbon to spread out your photos to your liking. You'll simply use a little piece of tape to attached your photos to the panels.
