- Strings are not included.
- Balloons ship flat and deflated. A straw is included for inflation.

The balloons are reusable! Just insert a straw into the valve and squeeze the air out of the balloons, fold them up, and store them away from direct sunlight.

The balloons have tabs on them. All you have to do is tape the tabs down and string twine through the tabs to create a balloon banner!
