Say HAPPY NEW YEAR with style, class and bling. Reminiscent of an old printed newspaper headline with it's black paint hand stamped letters and it's inked edges, HAPPY NEW YEAR will make a bold statement wherever you choose to hang it.

Each hand stamped paperboard card measures 5 x 6 inches. The beginning and end of each banner are punctuated with silver flourishes, embellished with diamond rhinestones. The rhinestones are no longer placed on the letters "h" "n" and "y" as pictured, and a lowered price reflects this change. These banners can be hung as shown, or alongside each other for a single long message.

Sturdy enough to stand up to years of use, this banner is also light enough to be hung up with just scotch tape!
