Supplies ship out next business day from when the order was received via USPS. According to the USPS.com, First Class Mail (under 13 ounces) takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery and Parcel Post (over 15 ounces) is 5 - 9 business days for delivery. We also refund shipping overages, minus any transaction fees, since shipping costs cannot be accurately calculated by weight class, box size and/or geographic zones through Etsy.

**International Customers, the US Parcel Service has raised shipping prices considerably; therefore, to accurately calculate shipping we will need you to convo us with your list of items so we can find the most economical shipping method. If you need these items shipped next day, you can also purchase the item and we will refund you the shipping overage once the postage has been accurately calculated.

Charmios began as a class project for my oldest daughter, Natalie, that we took and turned into a small family owned and operated business. My hope is that while sharing my love of baking, crafting and design with my two daughters, Natalie and Samantha, they develop the self confidence to pursue their own passions later on in life.
