The "Zoe" Party Hat is named for my little sister she is a little spunky, loves pink and blue, modern! Each hat will be handmade to order so if you want to change any of the colors or add a name, candle I can whip that right up for you! Please also keep in mind that smaller guest hats can be bought in a pack of 4 for $24.00 and can ship along with your main hat. I also offer matching cupcake picks, centerpieces, complete party packages for you! Let me do the work and enjoy your day. If you need elastic added let me know otherwise I add a coordinating vintage silky soft ribbon.
