Art Party

The invitations set the tone for this art themed party by wrapping crayon packages with invites I found online. I also ordered artist aprons for the girls to wear to protect their clothes and still look good in the photos. I was thrilled to find these mini easels at Michael's which I painted and used as place cards and had a friend cut out two serving platters in the shape of palettes to serve the food. This party to date has been my daughter's favourite.

  Fruit kebabs & multicoloured, rainbow cupcakes served on plastic paint palettes, so the girls were able to decorate their own creations.

  In keeping with the theme of the party, I filled clear empty paint containers with art supplies like, mini paints, Washington tape, play dough, sidewalk chalk and a bead craft.

• Activities / Games

  Since the party was held at an art studio, the girls were led in an art project for most of the party.
