Our Ready To Pop in Blue/Black is perfect for a baby boy shower. This party showcases our top Ready To Pop favors that POP. We showcased our popcorn wrappers, lollipops, favor boxes filled with pop candy and our black soy candle tins. All favors are personalized and come fully assembled. We also used our fringe cutter on plastic tablecloths to make our tassels across our table. You don't have to spend a lot of money for decorations.     Hi Andrea, the lights were purchased at Michaels. The lights are awesome.. It's the Heidi Swapp line. They come white, I just painted them Black and Blue...Thank you
