Chelsie's Surprise 25th Birthday Party

I threw a 25th Birthday Surprise party for my cousin, whom I'm also super close with. While many more people RSVP'd than actually showed up, it still turned out to be fun. The restaurant was great and let me bring in my own cupcakes and decor. Nothing too fancy, but it was definitely a fun time!
