    I don't think they ended up weighing too much, and I did mail them and if I remember correctly they were still slim enough to process through the mail normally without extra postage. They're 2 thickness of felt and a thin cardstock. You could do a prototype and take a sample to the post office and omit the back section of felt "peel" if it is too thick.
