Daisy Girl Scouts bridge to Brownies
ByParty Recap
This was our Girl Scout Troop's bridging ceremony from Daisies to Brownies. We used the symbolic rainbow to launch our theme and found ideas from all over to bridge our Daisy to Brownies. We choose a local park with a beautiful bridge to do the actual ceremony and even included a Eagle Boy Scout to help the girls start across the bridge. We played old fashioned games around our theme: A Rainbow Egg Relay, a nature scavenger hunt, a hula hoop connector game, and a piñata. We had pizza and a dessert table that included the Daisy pedal made of cupcakes, rainbow cookies, and brownie pops. We also made a photo booth back drop that really didn't withstand the wind. We really didn't need it as the park background was beautiful enough. We customized the props with our troop information and bridging date.
