Party Recap

For a kid that's known he wanted to be a firefighter for the last 3 years, it's about time he decided to have a fireman party!

This event was so much fun! Eric, at Daydreamer Creations, built a custom faux brick backdrop complete with a hand painted fireman symbol, upper shelves for decor and hooks for costume dress up and play. It was so much fun seeing all of the little firefighters running around dressed up in costume with their fireman hat party favors.

Eric also designed and built a custom burning building beanbag toss game. The kids had blue beanbags (water) in buckets and threw them at the flames to knock them over. The adults were lined up to play, too! And I can't forget the fire hydrant! Custom painted to add to the decor!

The rest of my usual crew did a fantastic job with the desserts! Flame shaped french macarons, fireman cake, silhouette fireman candybobs and I can't forget those super detailed sugar cookies! Great looking, great tasting - period! Nothing left! - the table cleared in record time of under 8 minutes!

The birthday boy had a fabulous time!

Where did you find food-safe mini metal pails? I can't find any online?

They are regular mini metal pails, but the entire inside of each one is lined with aluminum foil.
