First Communion Brunch

Three best friends made their First Holy Communion and three families came together for a brunch at the local country club.

• What People Ate

  A breakfast buffet followed by salad, potatoes, green beans, rice pilaf, penne a la vodka, chicken francaise, and roast beef au jus

• What People Drank

  Juice, coffee, and tea

• Desserts

  Cupcakes in vanilla, chocolate, and marble. A sweets table offered chocolate dipped oreos, pretzels, and krispy rice treats. Baskets held paper cones filled with chocolate drizzled popcorn. The girls relatives brought traditional Italian cookies.

• Party Favors

  Three rosebuds tied to a pouch containing candies in the girls favorite colors.

• Activities / Games

  The children read poems then had a dance party.
