Giovanni's 2nd birthday!

This was the first birthhday party I planned. It was my sons second birthday and because he loved yo gabba gabba I thought it would be fun to put it all together.
I planned it with only two weeks in advance, I was not sure of doing it since we were going to have family over and it being summer we usually are going out often for days at a time, anyways I did it and LOVED it!! the kids had a blast.
This was what started my party planning fever!

• Best Moment

  Singing Happy Birthday and eating some cake!

• Funniest Moment

  Before singing happy Birthday it began to rain so we had to grab everything we could and head inside. We sang happy birhtday,and the birthday boy was falling asleep during the song.

• Most Touching Moment

  Seeing all the kids have so much fun!! That's all the matters. So I would say it was a hit.

• Desserts

  Cake!!

• Party Favors

  Sand buckets and pails filled with A Yo Gabba Gabba t shirt ,all the crafts they made and of course candy!

• Activities / Games

  Dance to all Yo Gabbba hits like " I like to Dance", "bubles", "There's a party in my tummy" and more. Pin the eye on muno and a craft session with coloring pages, fans and mask projects!

• What People Ate

  We had a heavy lunch made by our personal chef (aka grandma) which was Rice and chicken with potato salad!

• What People Drank

  We had home made lemonade and strawberry lemonade also had water and juice pouches for the kids to stay hydrated. It was very hot outside.
