Party Highlights

  • Desserts

The dessert table included Creepy Cupcakes, which featured party themed cupcake toppers. Vampire Bite Donuts were both cute and scary at the same time! Marshmallow ghosts were mounted on sticks as if to rise from their resting place! Miniature chocolates were wrapped in colorful party papers!

  • Party Favors

"Happy Halloween" Pretzel Rods and "Take a Monster Home" candy boxes were just some of the treats! "Boo" party bags contained even more sweets and treats.

  • Activities / Games

Activities for the kids included not only Trick or Treating in the neighborhood, but making crafts. A craft table was set up with all the items needed to express Halloween creativity! A Karaoke machine brought out the musicians and made it a super fun dance party! There was something for everyone with even a bounce house in the backyard!

  • What People Ate

Hot dogs, chips, fresh fruit, and raw vegetables were just some of the party fare!

  • What People Drank

Assorted beverages and "Wicked Water" was available for thirsty ghosts, goblins, and witches in attendance!

  • Decorations

Adults and kids alike would find a whimsical element to this otherwise frightful party! Bright party colors of orange, purple, yellow, hot pink, and lime green found their way into designs of polka dots and stripes! Orange and black decorative mesh, ribbons, and twinkling lights gave a warm welcome to costumed party goers. Skeletons, pumpkins, and ghosts were intertwined in the door decorations and a "Halloween" banner completed the entrance. Spiders and bats were ominous signs in the dining room, as were a number of mummies and werewolves that had taken up residence! Jack-O-Lantern pumpkins gave an eerie smile. Ghosts dances in the trees outside over the "Happy Halloween" sign and a bunting banner waved gently in the breeze!

The Garland is a black Christmas tree type Garland from Michael's craft store, which they carry with Halloween decor. We added orange Halloween string lights. We used an orange witch hat ribbon to thread through bending the black wire garland to hold it in place. My daugthers decorated pumpkins and ghosts foam shapes (From Michael's). I put a Christmas ornament hanger through the top and bent it on the black wore garland. So, even in high winds, it stayed secure! Thank you for asking!

Aren't these doughnuts adorable!! Plastic vampire teeth are readily available around Halloween and the teeth were inserted into the middle of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The eyes were just "drops" of icing. So cute!
