Party Recap

I wanted to share the creepy Halloween table I styled last year with all of you. This design is something you can accomplish on a smaller budget. Almost all of the desserts were purchased at Costco and the dollar store! I know there are some amazing boutique desserts available, but not everyone can afford them.

For most of the creepy decor I dug through my existing Halloween decorations. I usually go shopping the week after Halloween and pick up sale items for the following year. The black dishes I bought for $1 each at Walmart, the little tombstones were from Michael's and the skeletons (garland of 4) were purchased at the dollar store.

Most importantly, the food was all super cheap:

Caramel Pretzel Bark - Costco
Gummi Body Parts - dollar store
Fudge Cookies - dollar store
Single color M&M's - Party City

You can also dress up any liquid by adding some dry ice to the cup. Once again the important lesson is ... use what you already have! Scavenge your home for items you can use. I already owned both sets of candle holders, the vase, and the leaves (silk sunflowers with the flowers removed).
