Party Recap

We didn't have a traditional big birthday for my son's first. So, for his second I wanted to try my hand at a "big-ish" party of just family and a few close friends. I got really excited when I started learning more about DIY printables and the wonderful artists that create and sell their products on etsy. Specifically, Kori of Paper and Pigtails. Her designs were really inspirational. She took her Fire Truck printables, and switched them up to fit the color and theme of my son's party: blue and yellow with a big blue truck! Kori sent me her designs and I printed and cut them out. I made other decorations on my own, planned the homemade lunch menu and made all of the desserts myself. Then? IT RAINED.It was an outdoor party :) Anyway, fun was still had by all and I cannot wait to do it again this year!
