Very inexpensive! We made a lot of the things ourselves and found a lot of the goodie bag items at the dollar store. The vases and tissue paper were also from the dollar store.

Yes! You can have the theme surrounding actual zebras and with hot pink tutus on. Instead of Hot potato have "hot pink zebra" and pass around a zebra with a hot pink tutu. Games should be more directed, having them make their own dance routine probably wouldn't work! I hope this helps!
