i bought them at michael's and i believe they have them year round. Just saw them at walmart also a few nights ago. Its in the seasonal section.

i got the idea for the wanted banners from another blog. i made them at www.picnik.com but hurry over if you're interested because i just checked their site and they are shutting it down in mid april. i designed it there ad there and then just had it printed on shutterfly.
