Party Recap
My 3 year old son has been in love with Sponge Bob for over a year now. Even though I had other ideas in mind Kal-el is SO in love with the yellow sponge and his friends that there was no possible way I could say no. The theme grew on me the more I worked on this party and eventually I was really glad he chose this theme! In my search on line I discovered very few Sponge Bob parties to guide my way so I let my little one pick out things himself and I incorporated them in any way that I could. The adorable cake, cupcakes, and cookies were all provided by a wonderful local vendor by the name of Hot Mommas Bakery. The banner I had made from one of my favorite Etsy sellers- Natebarn. I wanted to make sure his party had many personal touches especially involving his name. I had a simple Sponge Bob cut out of his name made by Natty Names to display along side the food. Our party was simple but we were very pleased with how it turned out and so was our favorite little Sponge Bob fan! :)
