Party Recap

I loved putting together this Bridal Shower. The Hostess bought the beautiful invitations and damask box and that's what we decided to base the Party theme on. As you all know the decorating is in the details. From the handmade fabric rose pins that adorned the Bridal Shower CD's to the Bridal Gown inspired chair cover, we covered the details!

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

Chocolate and white cupcakes covered in buttercream rossettes.

  • Activities / Games

A couple of games were played. The magazines for the Guests to write on were covered in Damask wrapping paper and the pens were decorated with a pink rose on top with the base wrapped in floral tape.

  • Party Favors

A CD of love songs that played at the Shower. A handmade fabric rose pin was on the front for Guests to wear later.

  • What People Ate

    Assorted hors d'oeuvres

  • What People Drank

Mimosas, Lemonade, Iced Tea and Soda

  • The Bridal Chair Cover

My favorite element was the handmade Bridal Chair Cover. It was simple to make and looked beautiful as the Bride sat on it to open her gifts!

Julie, it's so simple! It's a coffee filter wreath. You take round coffee filters flatten them out ,pinch in the middle so it forms cone shape and glue to wreath.
