Party Recap

I decided on an apple theme because her birthday is in the fall, and I thought it fit well. We went to an apple orchard the weekend before and picked apples and used them for the party.

I wanted everything to revolve around the brown, red, and green colors and the whole apple theme.

For crafts I had canvases with vinyl names on them to remove after painting with apple stamps. There were other crafts as well.

There was apple bobbing and an apple toss. I had an apple pinata as those are always a "hit". :)

For food I made everything in advance and froze for the most part. I made chili with some bread bowls, and had a chili bar with cheese and other toppings. I served an apple shaped cheese ball with crackers. Apple sauce of course. I made these apple brie crescents which are just so good! I had apple "salsa" with cinamon pita chips. There were apple pie pops for dessert along with cupcakes and cake. And what is an apple party without caramel apples?
For drinks of course apple juice, and I had a hot drink table with apple cider and assorted k-cups that included coffee, hot chocolate, and more.

I made most decorations with my cricut. I did not get to put everything up that I Wanted to, and everything had to be moved inside my house, as the threat of the hurricane and tons of rain were looming over the party. Thankfully it did not rain, so we were able to move the craft table outside.
