Let The Sparks Fly

I love to plan parties but when I can do it super cheap it is even better! This party was all about bargain shopping! I cut the pockets out of old jeans I've been waiting 10 years to fit back in and used them as silverware holders. I made store bought white cupcakes look like they were from a bakery by adding chocolate squiggles. The 4th of July kits are all things found at the Dollar Store.
