Mother's Day Celebration

The inspiration for this party was born from TONS of leftover purple decor from our last party. After a little brainstorming, I decided on purple and yellow and added the lemons for the perfect spring accent!

Turkey and swiss cheese sandwiches on croissants. Tomato, Pesto and Mozzarella sandwiches. Green salad. Chinese chicken salad in wonton cups. Pickles, chips and other treats.

DIY
I made, borrowed and repurposed lots of things for this. The pretty boxes on the table are things from the house I wrapped in coordinating wrapping paper. I made all of the paper accents including the garland, sandwich toppers, pom poms and water bottle labels. I have a friend who saved Starbucks frappacino bottles for me. I soaked and scrubbed them and wrapped them in matching ribbon. I can't wait to save these and use over and over. The pretty dress forms are borrowed as well as the table cloth.
