I created an ice cream sundae bar, I picked out pink toppings and served them in coordinating tins with scoops. I used classic sundae glasses and long handled spoons for the girls to enjoy their sweet sundae in.

  • Activities / Games

All teen girls love to spend time together sharing secrets, getting pampered and eating ice cream. There is no better way to celebrate, then to host an ice cream sundae sleepover party. I choose black, pink and zebra print for her color scheme. I picked out zebra print fabric for the tablecloth. I used mixed flower bouquets and helium balloons to decorate the table. I made the birthday banner inexpensively by selecting card stock, ribbon, and stickers that matched the color scheme. For their take home gift, I embellished tin lunchboxes and added the guests name with chipboard alphabet stickers, gems and ribbons to the front. I filled the boxes with nail polish, emery boards, and lip gloss. After giving each other “makeovers”, we took the girls out on the town for a movie and pedicures. I had the girls play truth or dare. What teenage girl doesn’t love this game? I put a new spin on spin the bottle, this is a colorful variation from the classic game. You will need an empty soda bottle and 10 bottles of nail polish, each in a different color. Set the nail polish in a circle with enough room for the bottle to spin. Have everyone take turns spinning the bottle. Whatever nail polish the bottle stops on is the color the guest must paint one of their fingernails. Continue playing until each guest has painted all 10 fingernails. See all the colorful and crazy combinations that everyone ends up with. You could also play no mirror make-up. This is a silly game that gets the girls laughing. First set out lots of beauty items on a table and have everyone apply their make-up without using a mirror. Then the guests with the best and most hideous look are the winners. Make sure to capture lots of pictures. We put a new spin on pin the tail- instead we had the girls apply lipstick and then kiss a poster of their favorite teen star. This got lots of giggles from the girls. We finished the night with mint facials and cucumber eye masks.

  • What People Ate

I had the girls make their own pizzas. I gave each girl a small single-serving cheese pizza for them to prepare. I filled the table with fun pizza toppings, such as pepperoni, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, pineapple and sausage. Popcorn
