A pink, black and white puppy themed party to celebrate my daughters 6th birthday. She invited 6 girl friends over after school for afternoon tea, birthday cake, face painting and fun!

HI Chelsie, I made this myself just from cardboard and textas. Sorry no template - I just kinda made it up as I went.

I just went to my local news agency shop that sells cardboard or any craft store should have them too. A large white sheet was the bottom cut into the house shape. Then brown cut into roof shape and glued ontop of the white. Grey cut into a dog shape with black spots drawn on - then glue this on too. The pink bow & sign were small pieces of cardboard glued on too. Hope that helps

Hi there, honestly I didn't. I just had the girls hold it unto their face to have their photo taken - that way it was easiest for each small child to have it at perfect height
