Royal Bash Christmas Party

My home was in a Holiday Home Tour. Since I own an Event Planning business we decided to use it as advertising for our business. Our theme was 'Once Upon a Wicked Christmas' We used seven different fairy tales as bases for different areas of the house and guests had to guess what they all were. The back yard was The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, The front porch was Snow White. Inside was Cinderella, the bathroom was The Little Mermaid we did a children's table which was the Nutcracker, we did a Hansel and Gretel dessert table and finally the tree (that we built from scratch) was The Wizard of Oz.

• Party Favors

  Homemade Christmas Crackers that were customized for each guest. Did double duty as a placecard

• What People Ate

  Traditional English Christmas Dinner, complete with Christmas Pudding that we flame and serve with brandy sauce.

• What People Drank

  Themed cocktails. This year we did a Dark and Stormy and a Flaming Hot Toddy (yes, we flamed it)
