Springtime Potting Party

This pretty potting party was a fun way to celebrate springtime and Mother's Day! A simple bench was filled with pots, supplies, and flowers for each guest to create their own flower pot to take home! A crate was filled with different blooms so guests could pick and choose to create their own unique arrangement!
Along side the potting table was a buffet filled with treats all in a floral or gardening theme! A darling paper banner was the inspiration for the color palette and had such beautiful details! A dirt cake was decorated with flowers and a whimsical cake topper with a sweet garden quote. And cupcakes were served up in tiny terracotta pots to fit right into the theme. Iced tea was a refreshing drink and the cups had sweet vinyl embellishments fit for a gardener! Also on the buffet were tiny baskets filled with mints...a fun favor that also made a pretty decoration! Artificial grass and blooms adorn the front of the desk transforming it into a floral sideboard for all the goodies including the sweet apples decorated with an edible design!
And those same apples were waiting to be taken by guests as extra favors! Displayed on a cupcake stand, they were sitting by the walkway for the gals to take a few on their way home!
