Party Recap
We celebrated Jake's 5th birthday with a Superhero theme, as he loves Spiderman, Batman, Superman and The Hulk.
I hired Spiderman to come and entertain the children from www.superheroes.com.au The host was fantastic and the children all loved doing superhero training with Spiderman. I also purchased silly string guns for the guests to practice their web shooting skills, which was very popular.
I did all the party styling myself as well as making the cake and other party food, with the exception of the macarons which i purchased through Moreish Macarons.
The party printables were purchased on the website www.cupcakemakeover.com

i lOVE EVERYTHING you did for this party! ADORABLE! i am not sure if i'm taking on more than I can handle, but I really wanted to try to make the cake. Any tips? or instructions you are willing to share? :)
Kristi C wrote:
Jackie M, thanks for your lovely comments...the bottom two layers on the cake are styrofoam as there were only 15 guests, we didn't really need a 3 tier cake, but I wanted the effect. That meant I could make them well in advance. Hope this helps!
