TNT's 8th Birthday Party

My son wanted a TMNT party with all of his friends. Most of it was homemade items with a few store bought things thrown in. My daughter (11) helped with the cakes and my husband made the paper throwing stars (a throwback from his middle school days).

• Desserts

  Pizza cake and TMNT cupcakes.

• Party Favors

  Pizza box filled with stickers, tattoos, TMNT favors, Toxic Ooze (putty) and candy from the pinata. They also got to take home their shell, mask and ninja star.

• Activities / Games

  Pinata, pin the pizza on the turtle, ninja star decorating and throwing contest.

• Budget

  Hard to say. Got a lot of items throughout the year on clearance (putty after Halloween, napkins and some TMNT favors on clearance). I also made many items.

• What People Ate

  We had pizza, chips, pretzels, Toxic Ooze aka green Jello and Meat Bombs in Sewer Sauce aka meatballs in jelly sauce.

• What People Drank

  We drank Sewer Water and Mutant Ooze. AKA bottled water and green Gatorade.

• Best Moment

  All the kids gathered around to sing happy birthday.

• Funniest Moment

  The kids all dressed at TMNT.
