Video Game Surprise Party

For my son's 10th birthday we threw him a surprise party filled with all his favorite things. From the video game decor to the ice cream trough to the paint fight it was one to remember!

• What People Ate

  Josh's Favorite Foods: wings, ribs, cheeseburgers, fries, chips & Mac & Cheese

• What People Drank

  We had a closed cooler for adults that contained sodas & bottled water and an open cooler for kids with Capri Suns and bottled water

• Desserts

  Josh doesn't like cake so we made an ice cream trough for him & his friends to enjoy. XBOX themed cupcakes were also provided for those who wanted cake with their ice cream. We also set out bowls for the adults, small children, & those that weren't excited about sharing ice cream with 30 of our closest friends :)

• Party Favors

  We gave away 3 different types of party favors: a Star Wars Galaxy Bag, Mario Bros Power Up bag, & Call of Duty Care Packages. Each bag contained a delicious XBOX controller cookie & treats appropriate to the game.

• Activities / Games

  The kids went to war in a battle between the blue team & red team. They were armed with water balloons and guns filled with washable paint!
