Best Dressed

I would have to say me, I dressed up with a hershey bar t shirt, knee high polka dot socks and a polka dot top hat!
Activities / Games

Tour of chocolate factory, gobstopper bowling, golden egg race, burping contest(fizzy lifting drink), bubble gum blowing contest, find the golden ticket!
Budget

I had all the parents send in items, I probably spent about $50 myself for the glass jars for candy and a few other things which I still have!

Tour of the chocolate factory!
What People Ate

Chocolate cupcakes and lots of candy!
What People Drank

Chocolate Milk of course!
Most Touching Moment

The next day when the kids gave me thank you letters for planning the party!
Funniest Moment

Bubble gum blowing contest. Lots of big bubbles popped on faces and some kids had no clue how to blow a bubble! It was hard trying to teach them!
