I love a 30-day challenge, so I created this countdown chart to keep focussed and count down the days! I wanted something that I could hang up on the wall but isn't an eyesore.

This chart can be used for any challenge... healthy eating, getting active or any particular habit you're trying to form part of your lifestyle! I also use these to help my children form good habits, like packing away their toys, drinking more water or simply brushing their teeth! (Yes it appears we need a chart for this!!)
