This beautiful banner is crafted from heavy pastel cardstock in yellow, pink, and blue.

Each number is cut from specialty glitter gold paper.

Watercolor bunnies, eggs and flowers adorn each pastel tulip. The beautiful watercolor graphics used in this banner are by WaterColorBeauty.etsy.com

Each tulip is 2.5" W x 3" H and is attached to 1.75" white clothespin. Pins come with over 5' of 3/8" satin ribbon so your 4 x 6 photos can be displayed 4.5" apart. CLips can also be arranged to display 6 x 4 or 4 x 4 photos.
