If you wish to get a skinny elastic attached to it, I can do it- sizing will be as follows:
NEWBORN- 13"
3-6 MONTHS- 15"
6-12 MONTHS- 16"
Toddler-Adult- 17"
The tiara measurements for height are taken from the very bottom of the base to the highest point. The base diameter of the tiara is measured from the outer rim which includes the stones.
The crown has loops on the inner rim through which bobby pins or crown clips may be fastened as well.
I just tie the skinny elastic so you can modify as needed, or take off if you don't need the elastic anymore!
