Green tractor party hat for your little ones special day!

Design and size:

Party hat is made to set on top of the head, with elastic going around back of the head, like a headband. You can have one number of your choice on the hat.

The outside of the hat is made with burlap for the base. The hat is lined with felt(third picture shows sample of felt lining). Hat is attached to 1/8th-inch elastic cording.

Hat measures approximately 5-inches tall and 4-inches wide(at the base).

There is a green mini Pom Pom trim along the bottom edge and a green yarn Pom Pom on the top. The number, and tractor are made of felt.
