Party Recap

This was defintely a labor of love--esp since I played the part of "Queen of Hearts"! But it was so worth it. The main objective was to make the girls feel special and I think they each did--esp the 2 birthday girls!

Idea

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

rose cupcakes and heart shaped chocolates for dessert

  • Activities / Games

When the girls first arrived, we had three stations to get them ready for the tea party: make-up, flowered temporary tattoos and a heart bead bracelet craft. Games included: Musical "cards", pin the tail on the Cheshire cat, Queen of Heart Says, photo props and croquet

  • Budget

    $150

  • Best Moment

The big thanks I got from the girls when it was over!

  • What People Ate

pink cream cheese, or ham and cheese, tea sized sandwiches. Everything else was put in easy to grab cups: one tray held cups of fruit; other tray held cups with cucumber, string cheese and black olives.

  • What People Drank

Pink lemonade served from tea pots
