@Shannon J - I bought a digital party package from Cupcake Express on Etsy. Printed them off and glued them to card stock. Hole punched them, strung ribbon through them and tied pieces of tulle in between each letter.

The box is just a regular box I wrapped in black polka dot paper found at Walmart and hot pink ribbon from the craft store. The two ribbon topiaries were made by myself as well. I followed a tutorial here on catchmyparty.
