thats so crazy, my bethany had a minnie mouse party for her 2nd birthday on september 10th! i didnt think many other kids had the same name lol

My balloon lady got them online not sure where. but they where bigger than 11 inches 34-38 inches big.

It was at my neighborhood club house, But houston parks and recreations website has many rentals. you should get on the site and see if there is one near you.
