Emma's 14th Birthday

This year my daughter wanted a party where she could invite boys and girls and needed a theme that everyone would have fun with. We used about 6 blacklight bulbs and one 48" blacklight fixture. I purchased a roll of black kraft paper from Walmart and did splatter paint on each section. I also bought 4 rolls of neon gaffer tape from blacklight.com. I would say the most important things to buy for a glow party are plenty of blacklights, neon scrapbook paper, gaffer tape, paper to black out the walls and neon paint. Then just go crazy with it! This party was a blast to do!It was like a dance club for teens.
