Shaquira has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome a rare severe heart condition and every day is a blessing. She loves Spongebob and Chuck E Cheese and her big sis thinks of her as a Princess. Happy Birthday Shaquira!!

Shaquira, the birthday girl, has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome which is a severe rare heart condition. It is a blessing that she made it another year and we would like to say thank You Jehovah God and Jesus Christ!
