Lego Star Wars
ByParty Recap
A fun way to celebrate a 7 year old boy's birthday is to take him and a group of friends bowling. Knocking down pins, and burning out some little boy energy. Later,
they would enjoy pizza and refreshments at the party room, decorated with Lego Star Wars in shades of in greens and blue accent colors. The details were kept simple but, for any DIYers out there, you can use these ideas to add a personalized touch to your own parties.
The focal point was the white backdrop decorated with green and blue tassels as the birthday banner, while two white balloons framed the awesome table decor. White photo boxes decorated with tape and a red Lego box were used to create trays of differing heights to display
desserts. The cupcakes were decorated with handmade scalloped liners in blue card stock and personalized toppers. A lego block shaped cake was used as the centerpiece of the table, decorated with Star Wars toppers following the theme of the party. A tray of lightsabers, which were candy coated long pretzels with paper handles, were a delight to the kids. Personalized labels placed around ice cream cones with cake pops coming out of them served as galactic ice-cream pops
and were a total hit. The favors were neon green paper bags decorated with tassels with personalized thank you labels. And of course Lego Star Wars toys were placed around the table as well as red pins
decorated with Star Wars characters, paper masks, and a tray of Pez
Candy.
