was these the party bags? If so what kind of things did you put in them. Very nice ideas!

Thank you! Yes, these were the party bags! They included the pirate cookie, chocolate bar and coloring-in page (as seen in some of the other photos)...as well as a pirate ring, shells, pirate stickers and temporary tattoos . The kids also helped themselves to the lolly jars (also in the photos!)

Hi Tracy,
As far as the invite goes, i just got my brother (who is a graphic designer) to come up with a themed-invite, rolled it up thin enough to fit into the bottle neck of a Schweppes ginger ale bottle (which i'd spraypainted the caps black), added some sad, shells and a name label and VOILA! :) Very easy but pretty cute!
