Hi Candance S! I do not sell the backgrounds. I just made it out of fadeless bulletin board paper that I bought at a teacher store called Holcombs. The blue pipe was made out of blue painters' tape. The rest I just cut free hand. However the Happy Birthday Luke banner was made by my friend Dawn. She can make one for you too. She should be listed in the Party Helpers section, but if not you can contact her at Dawn's Crafts via email at Dawn11194@aol.com or by phone at 440-488-4692 or 440-279-4306. She can make your banner larger or smaller in size and can customize the colors as well as what it says for your party as well. Please contact her for more information and prices.
