Hi Candance! I do not sell the backgrounds. I just made it out of fadeless bulletin board paper that I bought at a teacher store. The blue pipe was made out of blue painters tape. The rest I just cut free hand. However the Happy birthday banner was made by my friend Dawn. She can make that for you too. She should be listed in the Party Helpers section, but if not you can contact her at Dawn's Crafts Dawn11194@aol.com or by phone at 440-488-4692 or 440-279-4306. She can make them larger or smaller in size and can customize the colors for your party as well as what it says. Please contact her for more information and prices.
